Nordic Institute for Studies in Innovation, Research and Education (NIFU)
Gunnar Sivertsen is a research professor and special adviser at the Norwegian Institute for Studies inInnovation, Research and Education (NIFU STEP) in Oslo. He is an expert in the fields of scholarly publishing and development and use of bibliometric indicators for statistics, evaluation, funding, and science policy. His current projects are related to bibliometric studies of subjects, research fields, institutions and countries; research documentation; research evaluation and development of bibliometric models for outcome-based financing in research institutions.
