Vladimira Šimić is a health journalist with many years of experience. After graduating from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Zagreb, she began her journalism career at Večernji list, and later on “specialized” in health topics in the magazine “Doktor u kući” (“Doctor at Home”). For the past six years, she has been editing the health portal Adiva.hr, and she also edited the magazine ADIVA Plus which is currently discontinued due to the pandemic. She comes from a medical family (her father is a retired epidemiologist infectologist and her mother had a specialization in public health), so she became interested in public health and other health topics at an early age.
